Mr. Grimaldo is Senior Vice President for a healthcare management company. He received an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and is a Veteran of Afghanistan where he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. He brings a broad business background to NDVets.
Treasurer
Mr. Robeson brings over 35 years of management and finance experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit arenas. During the past 15 years, he has been the senior officer responsible for commercial real estate lending in Union Bank’s multi-state Business Banking operation. Previously he held senior leadership positions at both Security Pacific and Bank of America. Mr. Robeson was also the COO/chief credit officer for California Community Reinvestment Corp. He served as a U.S. Army Intelligence Officer and holds an MBA in finance/management from Arizona State University and a graduate certificate in finance from Stanford University.

Darin Selnick is an independent consultant who provides a variety of services to corporations and non-profits in the areas of veteran’s healthcare, government relations, community outreach, business development, and other issues. Recently, Mr. Selnick was a Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs. His major responsibility was the implementation of the MISSION Act, the biggest transformation of the VA healthcare system in over 20 years. Mr. Selnick is a retired Air Force Captain. He volunteers his time as a board member of the West Los Angeles Veterans Home Support Foundation and has been very active in veteran’s issues. He joined the Jewish War Veterans in 1994 and has had various leadership positions including the Past Department Commander of the Department of California. Darin is also a member of the American Legion, AMVETS and Air Force Association.
Mr. David Baylor, retired executive vice president, DirecTV, and founder and principal of DB Technology, a consultancy focused on media, technology, and organizational change. He is a senior executive with over 40 years’ experience in broadcast television engineering and operations. He has a demonstrated successful track record of strategic planning, cutting edge technology development and implementation, as well as leading organizational change in a diverse environment. He has solid experience in developing and managing annual budgets in excess of $100 million. Mr. Baylor served in the US Army (1969-1971) as a microwave radio repairman in Vietnam.
A native of South Los Angeles, Yolanda Nash has more than 20 years of operational leadership experience driving customer service, account management, administrative, and compliance functions in both the private and nonprofit sectors. Yolanda started her career in the private sector where she would eventually become Senior Vice President of Customer Service and Account Management for Deluxe Media. Her role consisted of executing the client strategy and guiding the philosophy that the company employed to service its customers. After a fulfilling career in the private sector, Yolanda sought out the nonprofit sector to enhance her commitment to service, leadership and community impact. Prior to joining Community Coalition and leading its Human Resource and Administration functions, she worked at the City Scholars Foundation.
Yolanda holds a bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She completed executive level leadership training from Duke University Fuqua School of Business and the Achieve Global Leadership Development Program, Managing for Excellence. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), and a graduate of the African American Board Leadership Institute (AABLI).

Mr. Spoutz is a retired Air Force civilian with nearly 35 years of space system experience and expertise. He is now a senior consultant on space issues. He began his career as an Air Force officer after earning an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Dayton. He also has an MS degree in Management. As an officer, Steve had assignments in space acquisition programs and ICBM maintenance.
He continued serving the AF, DoD, Intelligence Community (IC) and Space Force as a government civilian where he held leadership positions in financial management, program management, human capital and contracting. Mr. Spoutz served the IC for almost two decades and held various senior positions at the National Reconnaissance Office. He retired in 2023 from Space Systems Command at Los Angeles AFB in El Segundo, CA.
