In partnership with Mercy Housing California, Pico Robertson Senior Community, is a 48-unit Affordable and Permanent Supportive Housing Development. 35 units of general affordable housing will be dedicated to low-income seniors, 1 unit will be for on-site staff. 10 HUD-VASH Project Based Vouchered (PBV) units, for senior veterans experiencing homelessness and may have a qualifying disability, and 2 Project Based Vouchered Non-VA Healthcare Eligible veteran units for senior veterans experiencing homelessness with a qualifying disability.
New Directions Sepulveda I & II

In partnership with A Community of Friends and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, 147 studio apartments were developed on V.A. land for formerly homeless and disabled veterans. New Directions Sepulveda I & II became the first buildings to use tax credits for “veteran-only” housing.

In partnership with East LA Community Corporation, Guy Gabaldon Apartments provides 32 one-bedroom apartments for formerly homeless senior veterans age 55 and older. (Includes 32 PB-VASH units)

In partnership with Thomas Safran & Associates, a 43-unit community developed for veterans and their families. Some of the units are designated for formerly homeless veterans.

Palo Verde Apartments

Palo Verde Apartments is a 49-unit affordable housing development with 23 units reserved for low-income households and 25 units reserved for homeless and chronically homeless veterans. The 25 units for homeless and chronically homeless veterans will include 9 units with a project based section 8 rental subsidy for veterans that are not eligible for VA healthcare, and 16 units with a project based VASH (PBV VASH) rental subsidy for veterans that are eligible for VA healthcare.
Baldwin and Rose Family Veterans Housing

Baldwin Rose 54-unit affordable housing community for low-income veterans and their families. 32 units are designated for low-income veterans and their families, and 22 are specifically for homeless veterans (19 VASH & 3 Non-VASH).

Sun Valley Senior Veterans Apartments is a 94-unit affordable housing development, with 54 units reserved for senior veterans and their families experiencing homelessness. The 54 units will include 6 units with a project based section 8 rental subsidy for veterans that are not eligible for VA healthcare; and 48 units with a project based VASH (PBV VASH) rental subsidy for veterans that are eligible for VA healthcare. The remaining 40 low-income units, are reserved for our seniors with a veteran preference.
Ybarra Village

Ybarra Village is a 64-unit affordable housing community in the West Adams district of Los Angeles. 36 units are reserved for senior homeless veterans (32 VASH & 4 Non-VASH), some with special needs. 27 are designated for seniors, with a preference for senior veterans.
Placentia Veterans Village

Placentia Veterans Village is one of the first all veteran permanent supportive housing facilities in Orange County. Its 49 units (all VASH) are dedicated to housing homeless and/or disabled veterans.
