New Directions partnered with Burbank Housing Corporation in December of 2016 and opened 11 casita- style 1 bedroom bungalows in Spa 2.

Vouchers are managed by Burbank Housing Authority.

Property is comprised of both VASH and non-VASH (Section 8) units.

Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen.

Property Management and Resident Services are mobile.
